Horribly outdated facilities!!! Furniture needs a serious upgrade!!! Pictures online are a misleading representation!!! Cleanliness standards appear to be neglected, and staff communication can be inconsistent!!! An overall lack of attention to maintenance is noticeable!!!

Friendly staff ready to assist.
Pictures misrepresented reality. my room was outdated with mold. Also, electricity was shut off for hours, and the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. There were no basic amenities like a kettle or iron, which made my stay even more inconvenient.

The location is awesome for sightseeing, super close to the Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. My room had an air conditioning system and a minibar, and the shower was nice and hot. Staff members were really friendly and helpful, and the breakfast included fresh pastries and a variety of local options. Clean towels and a cozy atmosphere definitely made it a comfortable stay.
